What we collect
When you submit an enquiry or quote form, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, mobile number, moving-from and moving-to locations, move type, preferred date and any notes about your items and access. We do not ask for payment card details on this website.
How we use it
Your details are used only to respond to your moving enquiry — to prepare an estimate and to contact you about your move. You may be contacted by phone, call-back or WhatsApp on the number you share. We do not sell your information.
WhatsApp & messaging
If you choose the WhatsApp option, your message opens in WhatsApp and is sent only when you send it. Messaging is handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
Analytics & cookies
We may use basic, privacy-aware analytics to understand page visits and improve the site. A short-lived cookie may store a click identifier so we can measure which pages lead to enquiries. No personal information is placed in these analytics events.
Data retention
Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable follow-up, after which they are removed or anonymised. A tax invoice, when issued, is retained as required for normal business records.
