Computers and IT
Monitors, CPUs and network equipment are wrapped in anti-static covers and packed in labelled crates.
We shift offices of every size in Vizag — desks, computers, files and meeting rooms. Ask about evening or weekend availability and agree a move plan with your team.

Desks, chairs and cupboards are moved and set up as per your new floor plan.
Files go in boxes marked by department. For important files, we give a signed handover list if you ask.
You can get a tax invoice for business billing.
IT offices, clinics, labs, bank branches, showrooms, coaching centres and small business offices. We move everything from one small cabin to an office on many floors.
The time needed depends on the asset list, packing requirements and access at both offices. A bigger office can be moved one team at a time, so the rest of the staff can keep working.
If some of your staff are shifting their homes too, we can plan those moves separately. See household shifting.
An evening or weekend move may be possible, subject to scope and availability. A big office on many floors needs a visit and a plan done in parts.
Tell us how many staff you have and how many floors your office has, and we will give you a time plan.
BEFORE YOU BOOK
An office shifting plan should connect the asset list with the new floor plan and the time available for moving. Share workstation counts, storage units, IT equipment and building access restrictions. Confirm each team's responsibilities before agreeing a collection and delivery window.
Nominate a move coordinator for each location and a person responsible for signing the asset handover. Give desks, monitors, cabinets and cartons a label that identifies the department and destination position. Use a matching list so the receiving team can reconcile items without opening every box.
Keep confidential files under your organisation's custody arrangements. Decide who packs, seals, transports and receives them. Put the agreed procedure in the move plan; routine office transport should not be treated as a promise of specialist records management.
Ask your IT team to confirm backups, shutdown, cable identification and disconnection before the move. Record equipment condition and the people authorised to handle it. Reconnection, network configuration and application testing should have named owners and a planned restart window.
Flag servers, racks, UPS units, sensitive laboratory equipment or heavy safes for a specific assessment. Provide dimensions, weight information and manufacturer handling requirements where available. Confirm acceptance, equipment needs and any specialist work in writing; a standard workstation move may not cover them.
Check parking for the vehicle, security passes and permitted work hours with both buildings. Share the address and property entry point for an office in Madhurawada, Gajuwaka or another part of Vizag. Confirm whether the same vehicle can reach both entrances.
For a phased move, identify the first department to move and the equipment it needs to restart. Agree a checkpoint before the next phase. Evening or weekend timing depends on building permissions and crew availability, and does not by itself guarantee uninterrupted operations.
Ask for packing, labour, transport, furniture assembly and any extra handling to be listed separately. Include waiting, multiple trips, storage and billing requirements in the discussion. At delivery, reconcile asset labels and note exceptions before signing the completion record.
If employees also need to relocate their homes, prepare a separate household shifting inventory for each move. Use the Vizag moving hub to compare other service scopes without mixing personal and company assets.
Share the move details so the team can discuss availability and scope.
